New York Mets, Washington Nationals announce Saturday night lineups

The New York Mets and the Washington Nationals play the third game of their season-opening, four-game series Saturday night.

First pitch is set for 7:05 p.m. at Nationals Park. The game will be broadcast in New York on SNY and on the MLB Network nationally.

Chris Bassitt will start for New York (2-0), while Joan Adon will go for Washington (0-2).

New York won Saturday night, 7-3, in a game that saw the benches clear after Francisco Lindor get hit in the head with a pitch.
