Watch Eva Longoria Absolutely Crush a Yoga Headstand in New Instagram Video
Eva Longoria showed off her yoga skills by doing an impressive headstand in a recent Instagram video.
Longoria switches up her workouts but incorporates a lot of strength training into her routine.
You can also shop her matching top and leggings from the video, the Flora two-piece from Fabletics.
Many people have taken up new and creative ways to stay fit (and sane) as social distancing guidelines continue—and Eva Longoria is apparently no different. The 45-year-old actress got her Zen on in a recent Instagram post, and showed off her strength and yoga skills with an impressive headstand.
In the clip, she shows off her moves as she walks her feet up the mat before going into a full-on headstand. She then works her way to a baddha konasana in headstand, followed with a wide-legged headstand, and finally (with insane control!), she lowers herself into child’s pose. She captioned it with a simple “Namaste 🙏🏼.”

The video has more than 1.5 million views, and the comments say it all. “Wow!!!” comedian Mindy Kaling wrote. “DAMN WOMAN!!! I wanna know how to do that!” added singer Kelly Rowland.
“GURL!!! I knew you were Rocky but had no idea you were Yogi too!!” Debra Messing commented.
We had some idea, though. Longoria has always worked hard in the gym, especially after giving birth to her son Santiago in 2018. With the help of celebrity trainer Grant Roberts, she switches up her workouts but incorporates a lot of strength training.
And if you couldn’t keep your eyes off her matching two-piece in the video, we completely understand. Longoria seems to be a fan of Fabletics, and here, she dons a matching maroon set from the brand’s collab line with Rowland. The Flora two-piece outfit is complete with a seamless crop top and high-waisted leggings, which are breathable, stretchy, and perfect for sweat-sessions. She finished the look off with classic white Nike sneakers.
