ADAM SHAPIRO: Strong demand in China propelled L'Oréal, the French company behind Lancome and Maybelline Cosmetics, into stronger revenue growth position last quarter, as we head into News On The Move. Sales increased to $8.3 billion as stores worldwide began to reopen. The Active Cosmetics Division, which makes products to counter dermatological conditions, actually led the way, while luxury cosmetic brands-- those lagged. L'Oreal says, "Growth in China and Brazil has been particularly strong."

Kiss frontman Gene Simmons and his wife, Shannon Tweed, are selling their LA mansion after almost 40 years of calling the property home. They bought the property and actually built the current house in 1983, just after being married, for $1.3 million. It's on the market today for $22 million. What a bargain. Simmons says the tax rate in California is, quote, "unacceptable." More quote, "I work hard and pay my taxes, and I don't want to cry the Beverly Hills blues, but enough is enough." They're going to move to a new state, Washington state, which, by the way, has lower taxes.

Walmart filed suit against the federal government yesterday over opioids. Lawyers say it's a preemptive strike against the Department of Justice and Drug Enforcement Administration. Wal-mart's case says, and this is a quote, "In the shadow of their own profound failures, DOJ and DEA now seek to retroactively impose on pharmacists and pharmacies unworkable requirements that are not found in any law and go beyond what pharmacies are trained and licensed to perform."
