Markets mixed as higher rates weigh on stocks

RACHELLE AKUFFO: All right, before we go, let's do a final check of the markets heading into the noon hour, a mixed picture, but we are seeing that selling action slowing down now, the Dow there still mixed, though, as we're seeing there the Dow up slightly, about a quarter of a percent, the S&P and the NASDAQ still down, but only slightly, the Dow down about three points-- I'm sorry-- the S&P down about three points, the NASDAQ down about 66 points, but far off the session lows of the day.
