JOSH LIPTON: Time now for what to watch on Thursday, another packed day of earnings.
In the morning, investors can expect to hear from companies such as Royal Caribbean, UPS, Comcast, and Southwest Airlines.
And then after the market closed, Amazon, Intel, and Ford among the key names to watch.
As for Amazon, investors are going to focus on Amazon's cloud business, AWS, as Microsoft reported better than expected growth in its Azure business.
The impact of AI will also be a point to watch when Intel reports as the competition heats up on chips.
And as for Ford, a spotlight will be on the company's financial outlook amid the United Auto Workers strike.
And meanwhile, on the economic front, we're going to get the latest reading on the US gross domestic product.
GDP is expected to increase at an annual rate of 4.7%.
