UC Bearcats coach Luke Fickell to appear on ESPN pregame shows ahead of CFP title game
Cincinnati Bearcats head coach Luke Fickell is scheduled to appear live on several ESPN pregame shows ahead of its broadcast of Monday night's College Football Playoff national championship game between the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Georgia Bulldogs.
ESPN announced that Fickell will serve as a guest analyst on "College GameDay" from 6 to 8 p.m. Eastern, "Championship Drive" from 3 to 5 p.m. and "College Football LIve" from 1:30 to 3 p.m., among other studio shows.
Fickell was honored Saturday in Indianapolis as the Football Writers Association of America's Eddie Robinson Coach of Year. He was honored Sunday as AFCA FBS National Coach of the Year.
Fickell was named Walter Camp National Coach of the Year late last month. Earlier, he won the Home Depot Coach of the Year Award and the Dodd Trophy
Fickell and the Bearcats lost to Alabama in the CFP semifinal at the Cotton Bowl on New Year's Eve.
