Since the world and our working lives changed in the year since the COVID-19 pandemic struck, more companies understand that it is both necessary and smart to move toward offering remote work to their employees and have begun to make accommodations in this past year.

“The coronavirus pandemic has permanently reshaped the workplace and how, when and where people work,” said Sara Sutton, founder and CEO of FlexJobs.
Employees are prioritizing jobs where they can work remotely as well, not only for their safety from COVID-19 but because many workers have come to realize that they are more focused, comfortable and productive when working at home.
FlexJobs has been compiling an annual list of Top 100 Companies To Watch for Remote Work since 2014, but in 2021, this list is more important and timely than ever. Here are the top 20 from that list.
