Stocks slide snapping 3-day win streak

Yahoo Finance’s Jared Blikre joins the On The Move panel to break down the latest market action.

Video Transcript

ADAM SHAPIRO: Welcome back to Yahoo Finance. We're awaiting the vote in the House of Representatives. But representative Thomas Massie has said he will slow that process down and force a roll call vote, as opposed to a voice vote, which would have sped things up. Markets reacting to this. And Jared Blikre is watching those markets for us. Jared, what is the latest?

JARED BLIKRE: Well, we've got the Dow down about 800 points here. And I'll pull up some charts with a Wi-Fi interactive. We can see S&P 500 is down about 3 and 1/2%. And we'll look at the intraday price action right now. And we can see we spend most of the time right around the lows of the day here. Over the week, though-- and we're going to go to a five-day chart-- we can see still holding onto gains.

And we're kind of short on time here, so let's get to the interactive heat map. And we can see there's a lot of red on the screen here. Procter and Gamble at the bottom, notably is up. Let's take a weak look at this, as well. And we can see Microsoft holding onto gains, up 10%, Apple up 9%. Only Walmart and Walgreens are down, about 4%, along with Dow Inc. Adam.

ADAM SHAPIRO: Jared Blikre, thank you. There are still about four hours in this trading session. We're going to be back with more Yahoo Finance. Julie Hyman's taking the reins right after this.
