St. Vincent-St. Mary advances 25 graduates from class of 2022 to college athletics
St. Vincent-St. Mary athletic administrators Carley Whitney and Anthony Boarman announced that 25 members of the class of 2022 have finalized their college academic and athletic plans.
Three of the 25 graduates are continuing their careers on a men's college basketball team: Sencire Harris (Illinois), Ramar Pryor (Cleveland State) and Ethan Connery (Wittenberg).
Harris, Pryor and Connery helped STVM win Division II boys basketball championships in 2021 and 2022. Harris and Pryor both earned All-Ohio honors and scored over 1,000 career points.

Harris was a finalist for Ohio's Mr. Basketball Award in 2022.
STVM's class of 2022 will also have three graduates playing on a women's basketball team: Jenna Bycznski (Daytona State), Cameron Jones (North Alabama) and Annie Watson (University of Akron).
Watson was a four-year letter winner in basketball and helped STVM make a Division II state semifinal appearance as a freshman in 2019.

Seven of the 25 graduates are set to play football in college, including Ben Bretzin (Wittenberg), George Linberger (Youngstown State), Shawn Lodge (Presbyterian), Tariq Montgomery (Marshall), Thomas Richardson III (John Carroll), David Robinson (Wayne State) and Cortez Terry-Thompson (Ventura College).
Montgomery, Lodge and Linberger each earned All-Ohio honors in Division III as seniors.
State champions:Barker, Cox, Epps, Hallett end track and field season in style with two state titles apiece
Kya Epps concluded her senior year at STVM as a Division II track and field state champion and is headed to Walsh Univesity.
Epps set Division II state meet records in the 100- and 200-meter dashes, with times of 11.57 seconds and 23.81 seconds.
STVM 2022 graduates Kate Saum and Dhiren Brickman are two other runners set to compete in college.
Saum is slated to compete in cross country and track and field at Duquesne after being a four-year Division II state qualifier in cross country.
Brickman has committed to compete in track and field at Ashland.

STVM 2022 graduates Michael Bronowski, Mikey Eickhoff and Ty Williams are continuing their baseball careers in college. Bronowski and Eickhoff are headed to Wittenberg and Williams is going to Mount Vernon Nazarene.
Boarman and Whitney said Williams did extensive work in the Akron community through a local organization called the Akron Snow Angels. Williams volunteered hundreds of hours of service to assist the homeless community in Akron and started a Christmas Day Mission which helped to provide those same people a meal and fellowship on Christmas morning.
Williams was awarded the Rose Juriga Memorial Youth Justice Award by the Diocese of Cleveland for his work with the Akron Snow Angels in November of 2021.
The other 2022 STVM graduates committed to compete at the college level are Logan Amore (hockey, Akron); John Boberg (lacrosse, Marietta); Lillian Knox (cheerleading, Baldwin Wallace); Nick Senko (lacrosse, Akron); Cullen Sivak (volleyball, Hiram) and Reagan Zajac (softball, Mount Union).
