Sixers star James Harden to miss a month due to right foot injury

The Philadelphia 76ers suffered a loss to the Washington Wizards on the court on Wednesday night to end their 3-game win streak, but now, they have found out that they will be without their star point guard for a little while as well.

James Harden took a hard fall in the first quarter in Wednesday’s loss and he was grabbing at his foot. After some tests, it has been revealed that Harden has suffered a right foot tendon strain and he will miss a month which is a huge blow to Philadelphia. The Sixers are sitting at 4-5 after an up-and-down start to the season and the injury to Harden is the last thing they need.

The Beard is averaging 22.0 points, 10.0 assists, and 7.0 rebounds while shooting 44.1% from the floor. He has shown flashes of looking like who he was before the injury and this is going to be a big loss for Philadelphia who will now rely again on Joel Embiid to carry a heavy load.
