The Skyforce are in Las Vegas for the NBA G-League Winter Showcase, and Sioux Falls is coming in hot.

The Skyforce entered the event on a six-game winning streak, equaling their longest since they opened the 2018-19 season at 6-0. They’re 7-1 at home, and went 10-6 overall during the Showcase qualifying portion of the schedule, which left them just short of earning a spot in the Showcase tournament and accompanying $100,000 prize for the winning team. Teams that didn't qualify for the tournament portion of the showcase play two games in Las Vegas, and Sioux Falls won its first on Monday night.

The Miami Heat affiliate extended their winning streak to seven with a 108-91 win over Greensboro, and will face Delaware on Wednesday night. After the Showcase, team records will reset at 0-0 and the 32-game G-League regular season begins Dec. 27. The Skyforce’s next home game is set for New Year’s Eve at the Pentagon against Ontario.
