‘Roswell, New Mexico’ Actress Jeanine Mason Made a Better Version of the Classic Mimosa
Weekends have been tough recently. All I wanna do is get dolled up for a Saturday night out on the town or a Sunday brunch with my squad at my favorite restaurant in New York City and spend the better part of my paycheck on bottomless mimosas. But since we can’t do that at the moment, I’ll settle for dressing up at home and trying out Jeanine Mason’s version of the best basic-betch drank in my kitchen. We gotta make do, people!!
The Roswell, New Mexico actress decided to shed light on her never-before-used cocktail skills in our Stir Crazy challenge. Sounds a wee bit sketch, I know. Booze and a woman who has never made an alcoholic beverage before in her life could be a scary combination. She did spark my interest, though, with her promise to give the very sacred mimosa a twist. Alright, alright. I’m down for that.
The ingredients to her cocktail are as follows: champagne, orange juice, guava, lime juice, and New Mexico chili. Personally, this recipe sounds like it maaay be better than the OG mimosa? Just me, orrr?? She then pulled out her blender because we’re ~professionals~ here and loaded her up with everything—holding off the champs for the very end.
Once everything in le blender was all mixed to perfection, she poured the bevvies in some fancy glasses and topped it all off with some bubbly! Based on her reaction, I’m gonna say this concoction could be the next big thing! You heard it here, folks!!
I think my NutriBullet may have just found its soul mate. (Sorry not sorry to my morning fruit smoothies.)
