Photos: Lions, tigers, leopards and more. See what’s new at the Fort Worth Zoo
Predators of Asia & Africa, the Fort Worth Zoo’s newest habitat, opened to the public Thursday. For the first time since November 2020, visitors can see the zoo’s lion pride, including male lion Jabulani.
The habitat includes seven species of carnivores — including the clouded leopard, Sumatran tiger, striped hyena, cheetah and African leopard — as well as 25 different exotic bird species.
Predators of Asia & Africa is the third phase of A Wilder Vision, the zoo’s $130 million capital campaign, following the African Savanna and Elephant Springs.
