A series only becomes a series when the visitors steal an away game. Well done @PelicansNBA!

the only thing that’s important is devin booker’s hamstring don’t talk to me about anything else

The Arizona sports fan psyche on full display tonight.
Months of dominance gets the hopes & confidence (deservedly) high.
Then a single bad/dumb playoff loss...
Fans from elsewhere, probably: "Sucks, but we'll be fine."

That was a downright bad performance. Monty got outcoached, and obviously Book's hamstring looms over everything. But this team responded to its rare losses ALL YEAR LONG with guys out. Seems strange to forget that just because it's the playoffs

The Suns went 64-18 in the regular season.
They went 18-12 in games without a double-digit rebounder.
Phoenix has not had a double-digit rebounder in Games 1 or 2— Matt Petersen (@TheMattPetersen) April 20, 2022
Tough break for the Suns tonight. The health of Devin Booker is the most important thing. This team is good enough and deep enough to get the job done. I trust that they will rally through this until Booker gets right. If you're gonna quit on this team now shame on you!

The Pelicans earned that one with discipline that the Suns just didn’t have. But for the Suns there’s some hope in that it was a game with 17/31 (54%) from 3 by the 27th best three point shooting team in the NBA in the Pelicans.
