Halle stunned her 8 million plus followers over the weekend with a post of herself sipping fine wine while looking like fine wine as she posed nude on a picturesque balcony. She aptly captioned the post, "I do what I wanna do. 💋 Happy Saturday."

According to Halle, now 56, believe it or not, the secret to staying happy and healthy is the art of not giving a f-ck. "One of the benefits of aging — there are many — but one of them is you just start to not give a fuck anymore. Excuse my French. But you just start to not give a fuck!"

This isn't the first time the actress posted and flaunted body positivity, and she thanks social media for it. "[Being on Instagram] has been really liberating," she told Harper's Bazaar. "For so many years, I felt that before I was really a part of social media, many times media outlets would write articles, and they kept spinning the same story." Now, "I can control what people know about me and how I present it."

Since her diabetes diagnosis at 19, Halle has prioritized her health and fitness. "The by-product of that has been that I've stayed in pretty good shape all these years, and I feel strong," she shared.

Alongside a steady fitness routine, Halle makes sure to take care of herself holistically as well. "I love Self-Care Sundays, and finding time to read or meditate, do yoga, things that you can easily do at home," she said. "Finding time to destress has been very important for me," she shared, especially throughout the pandemic. She also said it was important to keep "calm" and "positive" for her children.
