HENDERSON, Ky. -- Henderson County captured the top seed in the Sixth District and a spot in the Second Region Tournament as Careese Toombs hit a tiebreaking free throw with 8.1 seconds to play that gave the Lady Colonels a 45-44 win over Webster County on Tuesday.
