Clearfork, located southeast of Chisholm Trail Parkway along Edwards Ranch Road, is planning a $400 million expansion to cement its dominance as a prime destination for high-end shopping, dining and business.
The proposed project would relocate Autobahn’s BMW, Land Rover and other dealerships from White Settlement Road.
Situated by the Clear Fork Trinity River, the affluent mixed-use development opened five years ago and is home to over 40 retail stores, 16 restaurants and four apartment complexes.
