He's Got the Basics Down
To cap off their royal visit to Cyprus in Dec. 2018, Kate Middleton and Prince William chatted with well-wishers who came out to greet them — and revealed that Prince Louis was already working on his royal wave.
Local Rhian Davis, who was carrying her 10-week-old daughter, said the royal mom stopped to chat about their young children.
“She asked whether she was sleeping through the night, and she told me that Louis is starting to wave,” Davis said of Kate.

He's a Fast Learner!
During her visit to the Victoria and Albert Museum in Dundee, Scotland in January 2019, Kate revealed an exciting update about a then-9-month-old Louis while speaking to a crowd gathered outside the museum.
Photographer Mark Stewart, who was among those capturing the visit, says that Kate told a woman that “Louis is a fast crawler.”

He Likes to Run
After revealing that her 10-month-old son had mastered crawling, the royal mom shared during a visit to the Henry Fawcett Children’s Centre in March 2019 that Louis has developed another mode of transportation.
“Louis just wants to pull himself up all the time,” Kate told fellow parents. “He has got these little walkers and is bombing around in them.”
A mom named Kriti, who was at the center with her 9-month-old son Kameron, swapped stories with the royal about their little ones. Kriti told reporters, “She took one look at Kameron and said, ‘Oh, he wants to go walkies.’ Apparently her son is cruising, and she said she was running after him all the time.”

During an outing to a WWII code-breaking center in London in May 2019, where her grandmother once worked, Kate revealed that Louis, who turned 1 the previous month, “is keeping us on our toes.”
“I turned around the other day and he was at the top of the slide — I had no idea!” she said, suggesting that Louis is already walking.

He Loves Beets!
While filming the BBC show, A Berry Royal Christmas, Kate revealed her youngest son's favorite vegetable.
“We grow our own vegetables,” the royal mom told TV chef and baker Mary Berry in their upcoming TV special, adding: “We’ve got carrots, beans, beetroot — a massive favorite — Louis absolutely loves beetroot.”

He Knows How to "Balance"
During an outing in Bradford, Yorkshire, in January, Kate had a proud mom moment when she talked about her son Prince Louis’ “balancing” skills.
While visiting with a grandparents-and-babies group, the royal mom of three joining in on a sing-along and chatted with the group.
Jo Broadbent, who cares for her 6-year-old granddaughter, chatted with the royal mom, revealing: “I asked how her children were. She said Louis had started to tell her ‘he’s balancing,’ and she said it was really nice to see him turning into a little boy from being a baby. She’s obviously very proud of her children.”

He's a Music Lover!
While hosting a Buckingham Palace reception honoring her patronage Place2Be's 25th anniversary in March, Kate chatted with two school choirs performing at the event.
After learning that two of the children were celebrating birthdays, she joked that she should be the one singing to them. The royal mom then shared that “Happy Birthday” is “one of Louis’ favorite songs.”
Kate previously revealed that she had been bringing her youngest son to a musical toddler playgroup — and the duo loves to sing and dance alongside the other families.

He's Tech-Savvy!
While adjusting to new life under lockdown, like millions of other families, Kate Middleton and Prince William have been turning to video calls to keep up with family members they are unable to see due to isolation. However, it seems that Prince Louis can’t resist inadvertently cutting off his parents’ calls!
“For some reason, he sees the red button and he always wants to press the red button,” William, 37, told the BBC in a rare interview last week.
