I'll be honest, I have a complicated relationship with pancakes...it's a long story. That being said, I'm always down to try different versions of the typical breakfast food so these packages of mini pancakes from Costco will easily be on my next grocery list.

These pancakes come in a bag that weighs about two pounds and is filled to the brim with pancakes. They're made in France by a brand called Lemarié Pátissier, and the packaging alone gives me straight up tea party vibes. These mini pancakes are practically begging to be paired with a mimosa and a full brunch spread.

From the looks of it, the pancakes are packaged in pairs within the bag, so you can easily grab two pancakes if you're on the go and don't want to deal with the hassle of making batter, firing up the griddle, and executing the perfect spatula flip.

Each bag is just $7.89, and @costcobuys guarantees they're worth the hype. "I’m so glad that I tried these Mini Pancakes I spotted at Costco! 😋 They’re light and fluffy plus they heat up super easily!" they wrote on Instagram. Another commenter confirmed, writing: "They are good without anything on them. We eat them cold from the wrapper. Sweet vanilla taste."

These pancakes can definitely be easily reheated in the microwave, toaster, or even on a pan if you want to add butter and give them some extra flavor. As someone with a weird relationship with pancakes (like I said, that's a story for a different day) I'll totally be picking these up the next time I'm at Costco. Just sayin'.
