Coors Cowboy Club Ranch Rodeo spotlights ranch skills
The Coors Cowboy Club held its annual Ranch Rodeo over the weekend at the Tri-State Fairgrounds, showcasing the cowboy way and the wide variety of skills that ranch cowboys must employ in their everyday life.
The three-day event featured a packed crowd for each performance. Five featured events encompass the rodeo, including saddle bronc riding, steer gathering, branding, trailer loading and wild cow milking. Twenty ranches in total competed in the event, with the K Bar Cattle Co. coming out on top over the Indian Springs Ranch in the overall event. X Cross X Ranch finished in third place, with the Baca Ranch coming in fourth.
