Clark's commitment came about an hour after former Tigers center Ben Middlebrooks reportedly committed to NC State.
Clemson will be the third school for Clark, who will be a redshirt senior. He began his career at La Salle, where he spent three seasons. In his one season at NC State, he played in 23 games with 17 starts. He averaged 9 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.9 steals per game for the Wolfpack.
Clark scored a combined 17 points and grabbed a combined 18 rebounds in the two games he played against Clemson. He missed the second matchup between the Tigers and Wolfpack in February due to injury.
The Tigers have now gotten transfers from within the ACC in each of the past two years. Guard Brevin Galloway, who started 31 games for Clemson last season, came from Boston College.
