According to the site, the Summit and Cascade hops are derived from the Yakima Valley in Washington to achieve the beer’s flavor profile, which includes a spicy citrus.
In addition to the hops, the kit includes 100 percent malt extract, specialty grains and high-quality yeast. As for the equipment to get you brewing, the kit comes with a 1-gallon glass fermentor, an air lock, a rubber stopper, a transfer tube, a tube clamp, a racking cane, a thermometer and a funnel. The item does include gluten and is made for ages 21 and older. The kit retails for $45 and you can even shop refills for $20.
